How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website. You can also track it via the 'My Orders' section on our site.
What is the return policy for innerwear?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear, including briefs, trunks, and panties. However, other categories like loungewear and athleisure follow a 15-day return policy if tags are intact.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders above a minimum purchase value. For orders below this threshold, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart, as fits may vary between our USA Originals and International collections.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled directly through the website before they are processed for shipping. Once the status changes to 'Shipped', the order cannot be cancelled.
