At Jockey India, we strive to provide the perfect fit; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags for a seamless processing experience.
Initiate Request
Log into your Jockey account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and all security tags and brand labels are intact.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to pick up the package and provide a return acknowledgment receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
